teen Mental Health First Aid (tMHFA) teaches high school students how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders among their friends and peers. The training gives students the skills to have supportive conversations with their friends and get a responsible and trusted adult to take over as necessary.

This training is for high school students in grades 10, 11, and 12. In order to receive a certificate at the end of the course, participants must attend all three sessions (December 17, January 7, and January 14). This training series is free to attend, but registration is required below.
