Hue Me is a personality inventory to help teams understand and recognize different roles and personality traits within a group, to ultimately create a balanced, well-functioning team. Participants take time to go through a short inventory to figure out what their personality color is and then discuss as a group what their colors strengths and weaknesses are. As a group, participants will work together to understand the importance of having a variety of personality traits on a team and how each can lend a variety of skills to the team.
