The purpose of this interactive workshop is to develop your approach to cultivating developmental relationships that support youth thriving.
It Takes Each of Us will illustrate how the Developmental Relationships Framework works in practice, explore the complexities of nurturing developmental relationships, and plan for a week of intentional and inclusive relationship-building.
Learning Objectives
During this workshop, you will:
- Analyze your work through the lens of the DR Framework and contextualize it within the broader DR relational ecosystem,
- Assess the strengths and growth areas of your own relational mindsets and actions.
- Co-create an action plan to integrate inclusive developmental relationships in your daily practices and procedures.
This training is free, but registration is required below. Training is 3.5 hours. It will take place in person in the Training Room at PreventEd.
