“I didn’t know that everyone has risk factors that affect drug use. Now that I do, I’m really trying to incorporate that into my life to keep me on pace and stay away from drugs and drug use.”

Inspiring transformation at every stage of life through knowledge that reshapes attitudes and behaviors towards substances.

This four (or five)-lesson unit presents information on specific drugs (e.g. alcohol, tobacco/vaping, marijuana and prescription drugs).

This four-lesson unit explores the different levels of friendship and focuses on the language and behaviors that can either build or “wreck” friendships.
In K-5, we rarely talk about alcohol and drugs. Instead, we build life skills, like how to be a good friend, manage uncomfortable feelings, and solve problems peacefully. Our lessons are fun, engaging, and age appropriate.
Our lessons are designed to navigate the challenging terrain that middle schoolers face daily. By providing valuable insights and practical tools, we empower them to make informed decisions in the realms of peer influence, goal-setting, and responsible choices.
High school health teachers call on us to deliver scientific, fact-based drug information for their classes. We don’t preach, judge, or exaggerate; instead we equip teenagers with the knowledge so that they can make informed choices.
