Self-Test: Drugs

Are you concerned about your drug usage?

What to Remember

The following questions concern your drug use. When you answer the questions, remember that the term “drug use” does not include alcohol. It includes any non-medical drug use. This includes substances like marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines, LSD, and heroin.

If you have difficulty with a statement, then choose the response that is mostly right. These questions refer to the past 12 months.

The Drug Abuse Screening Test (DAST) was developed by Harvey A. Skinner, Department of Public Health Sciences, University of Toronto.
