Red Ribbon Week is the oldest and largest drug prevention program in America, reaching millions of students each year during the last week of October. By wearing red ribbons and participating in community anti-drug events, young people pledge to live a drug-free life and pay tribute to DEA Special Agent Enrique “Kiki” Camarena (1947-1985).

Red Ribbon training is…

  • Free substance use awareness training for 6th, 7th and 8th grade students in the greater St. Louis area who have demonstrated leadership potential.
  • Engaging, interactive sessions that teach students how to create their own Red Ribbon school activities. The workshops are led by local prevention professionals who are committed to promoting healthy lifestyles for youth.

Breakout Sessions: To Educate and Share

These sessions keep students in the know with the latest facts on each topic and teach practical, hands-on techniques for sharing this information at their schools. Breakout sessions will cover prevention issues that are trending in local communities today.

This event is free for sponsors and students to attend, but registration is required. If you would like to attend, please fill out the registration form below:
