Youth Leadership Program

ElevatEd is a youth council that strives to prevent underage drinking and related substance misuse through awareness, education, and advocacy, and to create strong and healthy communities. ElevatEd meetings follow the motto of “safe space, open conversation”. We’re open to all kinds of people, ideas, perspectives, and experiences. No one is expected to be a perfect person. They just need to keep an open mind.

What is ElevatEd?

ElevatEd is a teen-led coalition of  9th – 12th graders. People of all backgrounds and viewpoints are encouraged to join the conversation and share their opinions to achieve a better understanding of one another.

What does ElevatEd do?

We meet to examine the similarities between mental health and outside factors like substance use, as well as promote mental wellness in our community.

When does ElevatEd meet?

We try to connect twice a month, sometimes to go over general self-care and sometimes just for fun.
