This month’s topic is “uMAT-R Mobile Recovery App out of Washington University School of Medicine,” by Mandy Montayne, M.A.

This presentation will highlight the uMAT-R mobile recovery app, which is free for adults in Missouri who have a smart phone or tablet and have any history of opioid, stimulant and/or hallucinogen misuse. We will discuss content within the app, explain how facilities can get their clients involved, and discuss the optional paid research study associated with the app. More info on this research and members of our team can be located at https://healthbehaviorcenter.wustl.edu/who-we-are/patricia-cavazos-ph-d/ichasm/

Mandy has training in counseling, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and psychological assessment and has worked with variety of populations in various settings, including university counseling centers, community mental health centers, and a sexual assault care facility.

Attendees are welcome to join this meeting at 11:30 for lunch and networking. The presentation will begin at 12pm. Please contact Stacie Zellin with questions.
